DFT PRO Update v4.0.0 Released: New Features and Improvements

DFT PRO, a professional smartphone software maintenance tool, has released a new update with some exciting features and improvements. The update brings support for repairing network issues on various Xiaomi Qualcomm models, unlocking bootloader on MT6789 devices, and performing meta mode operations on Infinix/Tecno/Itel devices.

Infinix/Tecno/Itel
DFT PRO has also added support for unlocking the bootloader on MT6789 devices, which is a new processor from MediaTek that powers some of the latest Infinix/Tecno/Itel models. Unlocking bootloader allows users to flash custom ROMs, root their devices, or install custom recovery.


In addition, DFT PRO has added support for meta mode factory reset and meta mode repair IMEI on Infinix/Tecno/Itel devices. Meta mode is a special mode that allows users to perform some operations without unlocking the bootloader or flashing firmware. DFT PRO can now reset FRP, repair IMEI, or read/write firmware on these devices using meta mode.


Mediatek V6 protocol
DFT PRO has also improved the Mediatek V6 protocol for preloader exploit, which is used to bypass the authentication on some Mediatek devices. The update has fixed some bugs and enhanced the performance of the protocol.
